Emora Health careers: run your own practice.
Remote therapist, psychologist, and PMHNP work with kids, teens, and parents, run as a practice, not a job. We bring the families, credential you, bill insurance, and pay you per completed session, twice a month. You bring the license and two or more after-school or weekend blocks a week.
Who we work with
We get you in network with the plans families already have.
48 hours
to hear back, and you see your rates when you apply.
5 to 40+
sessions a week, at the size you choose. Emora books them.
3 to 8 pm
is when demand peaks. You set the hours you open.
4 sessions
to reported improvement. Measurement-based care is why.
Why a practice on Emora beats a job.
Your hours, your ceiling
You set your availability, from five to more than 40 sessions a week, and adjust it as life changes. Weekday afternoons and evenings, and weekends, fill first.
Paid per completed session, twice a month
Your per-session pay is set by your license and state and shown inside the application, before any call. Deposits arrive twice a month, whether or not insurance has paid us.
We find the families, credential you, and bill
New clients are matched to your ages, specialties, and after-school hours. Credentialing from CAQH to payer enrollment, and every claim, are ours to handle.
The Emora Care Platform
Our own EHR, built for work with kids, teens, and parents. Scheduling, AI-assisted notes, treatment plans, measurement-based care, parent portals, and supervision sign-off live in one place.
A clinical team behind you
Biweekly office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one consults when you ask, and same-day answers when you message the clinical team from inside the platform.
Care that measurably works
Parents report improvement in their children's symptoms within four sessions, and you see the scores in the chart before each session.
Pick your role
Clinical oversight and quality of care
Who reviews every clinician who joins
A real clinical interview
We ask about your under-10 toolkit, your pediatric caseload, and your no-show playbook, and we check the answers in a clinical interview.
Your numbers, from week one
Attendance, cancellations, and retention are on your dashboard from week one, so you see what families experience before anyone else raises it.
Measurement in every session
Age-matched scales such as the PHQ-A, GAD-7, SCARED, and Vanderbilt go out to families automatically between visits. The scores are in the chart before you open the session, so you walk in knowing what changed, and you decide what it means for the plan.
A clinical team on call
Biweekly clinical office hours with the Clinical Director, one-to-one consults when you ask, and same-day answers when you message the clinical team from inside the platform. Supervision for associates and collaborating physicians for prescribers are in place. You choose how much guidance you want, from weekly check-ins to a light touch.
What clinicians on Emora say
Working with Emora has been amazing! From the moment I started, the platform has been a Godsend. Unlike other platforms I’ve heard about, my time with Emora has been phenomenal. Provider Support has been super helpful; the attentiveness they’ve shown me as a clinician, their responsiveness, their care, has been outstanding. It’s something I’ve never experienced before with a platform. Emora actually listens to their clinicians, they truly value your feedback, suggestions, and genuinely makes every effort to implement practices that helps improve workflow and satisfaction. They’ve truly made me feel seen, heard, and valued!

I’m really impressed with the AI notes. They’ve been incredibly helpful and do a great job of capturing the session in a way that is both thorough and nuanced. What I particularly appreciate is that they allow me to stay fully present and engaged with the client rather than dividing my attention between the conversation and documentation. Presence in the therapeutic relationship is extremely important to me, so that has been a significant benefit.

Being on Emora feels like being at home to me. I am not only trusted as a clinician to make the decisions I feel are best for my clients, I also feel like my voice genuinely matters. The administrative team has made space for me to share my thoughts, my concerns, and my ideas, and that has been such a healing experience for me. Even members of leadership, including the COO, have taken the time to listen and care about what I have to say. How many places genuinely do that nowadays? Not many. That is one of the biggest reasons I love Emora. I feel respected, supported, and like I am part of something bigger where I am not just another provider on a platform, but an actual person whose perspective is valued always.
